Question :
I have inserted a battery in the TG-835, but the camera does not turn on. What should I do?
Answer:
Insert the Lithium-Ion battery (LI-50B) as illustrated below. Place the battery terminal bottom down and the minus (-) pole to the battery lock side.
If the battery charge does not start even when the USB cable (USB-AC adapter) is connected to the camera, check whether the battery is inserted correctly and the USB cable (USB-AC adapter) is connected securely.
If you are using a power strip (extension cord), try to connect the USB-AC adapter directly to the wall outlet.
Note:
- There is a risk of overheating or explosion if the exterior of the battery is damaged.
- Turn off the camera before opening or closing the battery and media card cover.
- Make sure to close and lock the battery and media card cover while using the camera.
