Sequential Shooting Low,High
To take sequential photos
You can adjust the settings for Sequential Shooting. Choose whether to prioritize focusing or the frame advance rate. Set Sequential Low to take photos at up to about 6 fps, and Sequential High to take photos at up to about 10 fps. Use Silent Sequential Shooting to take pictures at even higher frame advance rates. Frame advance rates of up to about 10 fps are available when Silent Sequential Low is selected, and up to about 30 fps when Silent Sequential High is selected.
Use Sequential Low () to take sequential photos of a moving subject with autofocus. When burst photography is performed with continuous AF [C-AF], the camera will focus before each shot. This is the same when Anti-shock Sequential Low, Silent Sequential Low, or Pro Capture Low are selected.
Use Sequential High () when the distance to the subject does not change much. The focus is locked at the value for the first shot, but the camera can take sequential photos at a faster frame advance rate compared to Sequential Low, letting you capture movements that take place in the blink of an eye. This is the same when Silent Sequential High or Pro Capture High are selected.
