Pro Capture
To reliably capture the intended moment
Pro Capture lets you capture the moment when the subject starts to move quickly, even though you would normally miss the shot if you pressed the shutter button at that timing.
Capture starts when the shutter button is pressed halfway; the moment the button is pressed the rest of the way down, the camera will start saving the last n number of capture pictures, where n is a number selected before shooting begins. If the button is held all the way down, shooting will continue until the selected number of pictures is recorded. Set the frame advance rate and number of pictures to be recorded before shooting begins.
When using continuous AF [C-AF] in Pro Capture Low () mode, the camera will focus before each shot even during burst photography. In Pro Capture High () mode, the focus is locked at the value for the first shot, but the camera can take sequential photos at a faster frame advance rate.
