AF area pointer
To display the autofocus target when in focus
In autofocus mode, the position of the subject on which the camera has focused is shown by a green focus target. You can set the focus target display mode.
You can choose to display the focus target only briefly after the camera focuses, or to continuously display the focus target when the subject is in focus. When focusing with continuous AF [C-AF], the focus target is normally displayed only the first time the subject is in focus. However, you can also display the focus target each time focus is achieved.
To enable cluster AF targeting when All Targets (entire display) is selected for AF Target Mode, select [On2] for [AF Area Pointer]. The camera will display AF targets for all areas that are in focus.
