Fn Lever Function
To switch multiple autofocus settings with a single action
You can choose the role to be played by the Fn (function) lever.
When [mode2] is selected, you can change multiple autofocus settings with a single lever operation. By storing separate autofocus settings for Fn lever Positions 1 and 2, you can recall the saved settings simply by rotating the lever to the desired position. The camera can store the settings selected for [AF Mode], [AF Target Mode] and [AF Target Point].
Storing autofocus settings at each lever position lets you quickly respond to sudden changes in the subject or other conditions.
When [mode1] is selected, you can reverse the roles of the front and rear dials. When [mode3] is selected, you can switch to movie mode by rotating the lever.
