You can recall previously-saved autofocus settings simply by pressing a button. Press the button to which the ［Home］ function is assigned to change to the previously-saved settings. Press the button again to return to the original settings.
Settings can be saved for ［AF Mode］, ［AF Target Mode］ and ［AF Target Point］. The settings are saved using ［Set Home］ in Custom Menu A2. You can also limit the autofocus functions to be used. Before the Home Position function can be used, it must be assigned to a button. Assign ［Home］ to a button using ［Button Function] in Custom Menu B.
This lets you quickly make the appropriate settings at the touch of a button when switching suddenly between subjects during shooting or when the shooting environment changes.
