Possible cause/Corrective action The card is not inserted, or it cannot be recognized. Insert a card or insert a different card. |

Possible cause/Corrective action There is a problem with the card. Insert the card again. If the problem persists, format the card. If the card cannot be formatted, it cannot be used. |
Monitor indication Write Protect |
Possible cause/Corrective action Writing to the card is prohibited. The card write-protect switch is set to the “LOCK” side. Release the switch. |
Monitor indication Card Full |
Possible cause/Corrective action
Replace the card or erase unwanted pictures. Before erasing, download important images to a PC. |

Possible cause/Corrective action Card cannot be read. Card may not have been formatted.

Monitor indication No Picture |
Possible cause/Corrective action There are no pictures on the card. The card contains no pictures. Record pictures and play back. |
Monitor indication Picture Error |
Possible cause/Corrective action The selected picture cannot be displayed for playback due to a problem with this picture. Or the picture cannot be used for playback on this camera. Use image processing software to view the picture on a PC. If that cannot be done, the image file is damaged. |

Possible cause/Corrective action Pictures taken with another camera cannot be edited on this camera. Use image processing software to edit the picture. |

Possible cause/Corrective action The clock is not set. Set the clock. |

Possible cause/Corrective action The battery is drained. Charge the battery. |
Monitor indication No Connection |
Possible cause/Corrective action The camera is not correctly connected to a computer, printer, HDMI display, or other device. Reconnect the camera. |

Possible cause/Corrective action There is no paper in the printer. Load some paper in the printer. |
Monitor indication No Ink |
Possible cause/Corrective action The printer has run out of ink. Replace the ink cartridge in the printer. |

Possible cause/Corrective action The paper is jammed. Remove the jammed paper. |
Monitor indication Settings Changed |
Possible cause/Corrective action The printer’s paper cassette has been removed or the printer has been manipulated while making settings on the camera. Do not manipulate the printer while making settings on the camera. |

Possible cause/Corrective action There is a problem with the printer and/or camera. Turn off camera and printer. Check the printer and remedy any problems before turning the power on again. |

Possible cause/Corrective action Pictures recorded on other cameras may not be printed on this camera. Use a personal computer to print. |
Monitor indication The lens is locked. Please extend the lens. |
Possible cause/Corrective action The lens of the retractable lens stays retracted. Extend the lens. |
Monitor indication Please check the status of a lens. |
Possible cause/Corrective action An abnormality has occurred between the camera and the lens. Turn off the camera, check the connection with the lens, and turn the power on again. |
